If my two recent book finds are anything to go on, I am clearly wanting to submerge myself in some craft projects this Autumn/Winter. What better way to spend the cooler evenings in front of the telly, than by making something and learning a new craft/skill? Note: cup of tea essential to complete this picture. To help with the new craft/skill part, I have chosen Little Sew & Sew by Christine Leech and Mollie Makes Crochet. Both books are filled with an array of adorable projects that don’t look too daunting to try. Aimed at beginners (aka me) both books include step-by-step instructions for each project and lots of tips, tricks and techniques along the way. Ever since learning how to crochet last year (yes, I only mastered a granny square), I have been eager to attempt something a little more difficult.
