So what is wellness anyway and why do we all want it? Wellness is the bringing together of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It is the active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. In a time where we are more switched on than ever, many of us are craving balance in our lives and seeking mindfulness. Over the next 14 days I challenge you to stretch yourself, to be mindful of everything around you and to make choices that enable you to live your best life.
