Summer is just around the corner (14 days to be exact) and what better way to kick start this Summer than with 14 days of tips to help you live a full and purposeful life!

So what is wellness anyway and why do we all want it? Wellness is the bringing together of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It is the active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. In a time where we are more switched on than ever, many of us are craving balance in our lives and seeking mindfulness. Over the next 14 days I challenge you to stretch yourself, to be mindful of everything around you and to make choices that enable you to live your best life. 

Each day I will provide you with a call to action and the supporting guidance on how to make positive changes towards living a healthy and full life. In whole, the 14 days will inspire mindfulness across all areas of your life. Let’s get started… 

Whether it’s walking the dog, exercising in your living room or going to the gym, make today the day you commit to move more – 30 minutes more. Committing to consistent movement has multiple health benefits for your body and mind. Including reduced risk of chronic diseases, improved weight management and reduced risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders. If that’s not enough, it’s also a great way to kick start the day or take a break from daily stresses.

  • What a lovely idea for a series! I can’t wait to see all 14 days! Drinking water really does make such a difference, the days I forget to carry a water bottle I end up feeling sluggish and with a headache, so thanks for the reminder to always have my water with me!

      • Love today’s – I now only have one coffee in the morning and then the rest of the day at work I drink herbal teas. I’m loving peppermint and lemongrass & ginger at the moment, so refreshing & they keep me feeling clear headed and focused.
