We all like to think we are kind but how kind are you really? Be honest. In a society more and more focused on gain and instant gratification, it can be easy to be swept up in all the hype and focus solely on one’s own needs. Today be conscience of your interactions with others. Practice kindness – be patient, assist, listen, give – with no conditions. See the ripple effect kindness creates in your life. (Psst.
