14 Days to Wellness – day thirteen
These days we are so driven to achieve, to compete, to accumulate, that we are often focused on what we don’t have instead of appreciating the things we do. Can you think of anything you truly need (not want) that you don’t have? Get into the daily habit of showing gratitude for the things you do have in your life. Whether you choose to write it down (start a journal or a gratitude jar) or say it aloud, take note of 2-3 things you are grateful for every day. When you come from love and gratitude, you see the abundance you have in your life. When you realise how much you have, you realise how much you can give, that abundance is projected outwards into the world and often returned ten fold. Show gratitude now, give first and see how that positive energy is returned.
